Summer Sports Games Fund for Public Service Families

Since then, our focus has been on creating programs that help underprivileged kids participate in organized sports—ensuring every child has the opportunity to play, grow, and belong, regardless of financial barriers.

Disclaimer Artwork Submission and Intellectual Property Compliance

By submitting artwork for production—whether directly or on behalf of a purchaser—GameStreet Sports presumes that all submitted materials comply fully with applicable laws regarding copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Regardless of any terms contained within a purchase order, including integration clauses or disclaimers to the contrary, the act of submitting artwork constitutes the purchaser’s agreement to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Game Street Sports from any claims, damages, or costs arising from alleged infringement of intellectual property rights by any third party due to the use of such artwork in fulfilling the order. This provision shall be considered both:

⬩ A stand alone agreement created at the time of artwork submission, and
⬩ An integrated term of every purchase order involving the submitted artwork, notwithstanding any contrary language.
